This Privacy Policy explains how Yerevan Open 26, organised by All Armenian Council of Dance and Sport Dance («we», «us», «Organizer»), collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in connection with the Festival and this website. — Professional/dance data: dance level, partner information, competition category, teacher or school affiliation (if provided).

— Images and recordings: photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during the Festival.

— Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies and similar technologies.

— Special categories (if applicable): health or medical information (e.g., accessibility needs, injuries) provided voluntarily for safety reasons. Such data is treated as sensitive under Armenian law and processed only with your explicit consent or where legally required.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under Armenian law, we process personal data on the following bases:

— Performance of a contract: to register you, provide Festival services, manage tickets or passes, and communicate about your participation.

— Legal obligation: to comply with Armenian tax, accounting, consumer protection, and data protection laws.

— Consent: for optional activities such as marketing emails, certain types of photography or video usage beyond what is necessary for the Festival, or processing of sensitive data where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.

— register you for the Festival and manage your participation;
